Well I normally have 32 day cycle and i am very regular to the day, i did two home preg tests on day 33 and 34 both negative.
I started getting period pains on cd 16 and have had them since. In the last week or so the pain has been more abdominal quite low down and lower backache, anyway I was expecting a positive home test but was waiting until the weekend to get one if i still didnt get my period,
anyway today i started spotting and the pains got worse and the bleeding has got heavier but its not period pain, it has gradually got darker but its not similar to period bleeding its more like just blood with no clots or membrane and i cant feel it coming out (sorry for graphic) and the pains are getting worse
so i got a clearblue expensive test and this tested negative too
I havent done any of the tests with first morning urine so am going to do another in the morning (or when i wake up to pee around 4am)

Im really confused, I have lots of other symptoms of early pregnancy and am scared this is a early miscarriage - if it is do i need to go to gp or hospital ??

I don't think you need to go to the doc for an early misscarrige unless you want confirmation that you were preggo.
