My temps are making me CRAZY!!!

Sorry your temps are driving you mad!! If you want to see dead go look at my chart. It looks like I coded!!! Seriously, the last two days are the best I have done! lol

It doesnt look that bad! Try not to worry too much about individual temps, they mean nothing, its the overall picture that you rget from your chart like O day and that you luteal phase is a good length. Liz is right, if you want to see a wacked chart look at her's!

If you are not already, I would suggest vaginal temps because I found them much more reliable and less sensitive to sleep deprivation etc. I can even get out of bed and walk to the bathroom to take them and not wake OH up! Remember to only start doing this on a new cycle though because vag temps are naturally higher than oral temps. I switched halfway through my first cycle and confused the crap out of myself :doh:. I had to do some fancy calcs/adjustmets to get them to all line up in the end.
