Heartburn

Okay so I'm 15dpo. I've got a few signs of pregnancy but one new symptom I've had for 3 or 4 days is really puzzling me. When I lie down my throat begins to hurt and I sort of feel like I could maybe burp but I don't. I saw that heartburn is a sign of early pregnancy but I've never had it before. Could this be heartburn??

Possibly, I've only ever had heart burn when I was pregnant with my son and it didn't start till the second tri and lasted to the end. How I remember it felt was my throat being on fire and having trouble trying to swallow. It's very very annoying. Think that was probaly the worst part lol maybe even worse than labour.

I think it's rolaids you can take, not tums, but maybe someone else can chime in....
