Dip in temp? can anyone help?

Hiya! I'm new to charting!

Its my first cycle charting and have had a decrease in my temp by about 0.4...does this mean anything? Got a faint line on an OPK yesterday too. Hope someone can help!

Have you got a link to your chart so we can have a sticky? Pre-O temps are normally all over the place, up and down, they dont mean much, some women do get a dip when O occurs but that will be after your +opk.

there it is! I'm clutching to straws now to hoping im ovulating. Going to take a cb OPK this afternoon! My OH has a sickness bug tho so im not going to be able to do much if i am O! grrrrr!

aww well temping needs a couple cycles to get going to jst temp everyday same time you wake best time sleeping for over 3 hrs for your body to regulate.. and FF will start adding data and it will come right more you use it .. so sorry about OH being poorly sick
