Questions to ask Dr

Hello
I had a 21 day blood test on Wednesday and I phoned up the surgery to find out the results the receptionist said the doctor had made some notes on the results and asked if I would like to be know what he wrote, I said YES! and she said it just says ovulating! Well that's good to know but that is all I have, so I asked if the doctor could talk me through them and call me back. Because I still think I may ovulate but have a short LP. I have a 28-30 day cycle and ovulate on about day 17 but I alway start to spot 8dpo. which worries me

Whilst I'm on the phone to him is there anything else I should be asking him about the blood results???

Thanks for your help

The major thing you want to know from cd21 bloods is how your progesterone is going. Ask him for the numbers if you can as if your anything like me you kinda forget what they say the minute they tell you! That way you can just put your mind at rest later if you still think theres a problem. Definatley bring up about the spotting, it could be related to your pregesterone too. Have you tried temping? Its a good way to know how long your lp really is, you could just do it for one cycle if your not too into it, just to establish if there is something to worry about in the first place. Let us know how you get on with the doc hun!
