| Other BnB Addict  Join Date: Apr 2009 Location: south yorkshire - uk Posts: 2,638 | little help plz :) good morning all i was wondering if there is anything that anyone has tried to help along that  ..... at the min we are not trying as such due to wedding next year but we are not preventing either.we have tried using opk's and temping but it got all to much and h2b felt it was too much pressure so we have stopped that, so i was wondering is there anything like taking vitaims that would help or is it grapefruit juice that helps ?? does anyone know if it really does help ?? ive started going to gym as iam a larger lady and also start to eat more healthy and have crunchy nut cerial as i remember speaking to someone on here and its ment to contain something that good ... sorry carnt remember what at min  lol thank you for reading jemma x x |
