A question about temping....

Hi Ladies, Does anyone know if taking your BBT after having less sleep than normal can cause it to drop?

It's supposed to be on the rise as i'm sure i'm 1dpo but today it decreased a little...I got about 4 hours less sleep lastnight than usual.

i think you need to have like 4 hours sleep or more to get the right reading, i didnt want to read and run but fingers crossed you will find out

Thanks!....I found some info that it rises 1/10 of a degree every hour so the less sleep the lower it will be.

I would mark 'sleep deprived' on your symptoms so it gives you a white dot on your chart so you can keep an eye on it and maybe adjust later. In a few days it should all become clearer.
