Hello ladies! Alright so after being on the pill for just over 2 years I stopped taking it last January then was on and off it again for about 2-3 months. All of that time I have had a pretty normal cycle, a period every 28 days, and before the pill I also had a normal period, every 28 days. Is it possible to get a period but not be ovulating? Sometimes mid-cycle I do get those faint cramps, but never any of the egg white cervical mucus, mine is almost always slippery, clear and thin, and around mid-cycle its the same way but thicker, kinda like snot...tmi, sorry. So is that possible or does it sound like I am ovulating?

Sounds like you are ovulating from what you've described, thin and slippery is also classed as fertile cervical mucus, I dont get either and I still ovulate, used to on bc but none since I stopped, go figure!

The snotty stuff is EWCM I believe. The only way to be sure that you are ovulating is to temp....but it sounds like you have all the signs. x

Hun the slippery cm is what i always get its more watery than EWCM the EWCM i never usually get had it 1ce and that was last cycle. From what your sayin hunny id defo say your oving fine especially with fab 28 day cycle's? Hun also if you fine you get no cm pre-seed is a good replacement for it also why don't your try temping and OPK's works fab for getting your ov day exact xx xx if need any help on OPK or temping just let me know hun be happy to help xx xx
