sometimes i pray for af to start because of cramps, they all seem to go away for me when she shows, fx for you and for all of us really..

it stinks though that if we do not get bfp's we are also socked with all the pain ... if we did get bfps we would all smile and just be happy, but to hurt and not get it adds insult to injury

Defiantly.. i dread AF because i get it so heavy and i get terrible cramps if i don't take painkillers it will keep me awake all night
Makes me wonder.. if i can barely deal with period pains.. how the hell would i deal with labor one day LOL
I'm still feeling optimistic about next month. I'm hoping for a 2009 only one month left

you can handle labor because you know you get a prize in the end

do you have a hot water bottle or heating pad? that can help with cramping also even though it is the last thing I usually feel like doing a bit of exercise helps as well.

i imagine you avoid hot baths right now as well will your oh give you a back rub?

Yep i avoid hot baths too lol last month I cut out anything that can effect my fertility.. no more alcohol at all.. proper sleeping patterns.. eating healthy organic.. no smoking.. no more coffee.. i've basically quit everything in one day and it's going well I don't even look back even though i though i would be craving certain things again haha but nope .

I've got a nice warm hotwater bottle at the moment. OH doesn't seem to realise how bad AF cramps are :P he did make me a hotwater bottle though i'm sure if i complain enough he will give me a nice backrub LOL

You can use percocet while pregnant or ttc. I used to use it for my period cramps (unbearable) but i've recently developed an allergy to it, so now i just lay in bed and cry all day.

Hi I am so glad I've read this thread!... I am I'm first month TTC and it's just my luck that I get tonsilitus on CD7 I feel awful and have avoided any medication apart from herbal teas! But The paracetmol is definately going in the bin now on haha.

well atm i am just using a heating pad and a small massager.. i did break down and took a few ibuprophen a few days back but like i said the pain was just unbearable.. my OH is really sweet though he will massage my jaw when it gets really bad.
