Hiya gals, I am sending out a rally call to BD loads!
I've touched on this in another coupla topics but just wanted to re-iterate what I read in Zita West book about making sure you have lots of sex throughout the month (not just ur fertile time). A girl at work told me today that a fertility expert her cousin visited in London called Howard something said exactly the same.
To back this up, Zita West cites research that suggests the following: if you have sex 3 times a month, u will conceive in 15 months. If 10 times a month, u will conceive in 5 months. If more than 15 times a month, you will conceive in 3 and half months. And she means not just your fertile week, but every week of your cycle! And more importantly, she says make it fun - make it your 2nd honeymoon.
I know some of us don't have the highest sex drives or don't see OH enuf but if this is what we want, we need to do this gals!
Let this be your rally call - in the (slightly changed) words of Winston Churchill - we shall BD on the beaches, we shall BD on the landing grounds, we shall BD in the fields and in the streets, we shall never surrender, and even if, which I do not for a moment believe, this TTCing forum or a large part of it were subjugated and starving, then our OH's Sperm, armed and guarded by our fertile CM fleet, would carry on the struggle, until, in God's good time, the Egg, with all its power and might, steps forth to the rescue and the liberation of the old.

i have a lot of space/tables and rooms at home ...where do i start?
i'm doing the same this month...soooooooo if doing it every week means 3 months of trying...then hopefully either this month or next month for me! I have such a low sex drive too...it's hard...but i try to make it fun. maybe change the bed sheets to make it a bit different in there tonight...
