8dpo and pink/red spotting

Hi girls,

today i am about 8dpo...Had a positive opk on Wed 11th so take it I must have ovulated about last fri 13th..which would make me 8dpo.

this afternoon I have had slight twinges / dull feeling in my stomach and a stitch feeling to my left side. I went to the loo and when I wiped it was watery and pink in colour. Very light and when I have been to the toilet again it was pink/red when i wiped. I have been back again recently and it has gone away!! Only lasted about 2 hrs..

Not at all like AF, although do feel slightly like AF is coming. AF is not due until Tues /Wed so it's early!!

Could it be Implantation bleeding or AF on its way??

It could be an ib. If you dont normally spot before af comes then you would have to say its not it, but its still not definate unfortunatley. If you dont chart you could have actually O'd on the day of the +opk putting you at 10dpo, it just depends at what stage you picked up your surge, so depending how long you luteal phase is it could be either, but its sounds more like it could be an ib. Fingers crossed thats what it is for you hun!xxx

I had the same thing yesterday at 9dpo. I had the same dull aches too. Today I've had a small amount after bm (sorry tmi)

but nothing since. I do have stronger twinges really low down this evening so not sure if AF is going to be early. Don't normally get cramps before AF so I'm really hoping its implantation.

Guess we'll have to wait and see.

i'm in exactly the same boat 8dpo and pink/red spotting when i wipe. been spotting on and off now since 5dpo and it started off brown - hopefully its a good sign for all of us !! fx for everyone thats having the same at this stage

thanks for the replies girls!!

Today there is no more bleeding, getting very slight cramps very low down.

Also checked my CP and it is high, (TMI) I then wiped the CM onto TP and it was light brown??

Haven't a clue whats happening, left hope AF stays away tho!!
