Hmm...

I am now 16 days late. I did several HPTs and got negative results and got a blood test done and it was also negative. AF still hasnt come and its driving me a little batty but oh well. I BD'd with hubby lastnight around 8pm just to see if I could kickstart the witch but no luck. This morning after I went pee(second time I went pee) I did notice EWCM it was definitely stretchy. I dont think it could have been "leftovers" because it was at least 12 or 13 hours after BDing and I peed several times after that...I went out and bought OPKs to see if I can get an answer from that but havent taken it yet..im waiting for another hour (Ahhh I have to pee so bad!!) The OPKs here are surprisingly very expensive...I was shocked because I have never bought them before so I didnt know the price...hubby I think turned white lol $42.00+tax for first response ones (5pk). There were no cheapies anywheres I went. I would get them from ebay but I need them now so it would definitely take too long..considering I live in Canada.

I did however talk to a friend of mine about the results of my blood test. She happened to ask me if my AF had ever come and I told her no and that I was 16 days late (I am now on CD44) I am a usual 28...I did brush it off as the m/c messing with me which quite possibly could be although I had gotten my last AF 27 days later, same flow and same length. Anyways, she asked me if I could be preggers even though I had negative blood results. I said no because someone on here had said it wasnt possible. She told me it was...she did 3 HPTs and 1 urine test at the docs as well as a blood test...all which came back negative...she is now 6 months preggers and was 1 month at the time. The doc told her that sometimes the hormone level is just too low for the blood/urine tests to pick up...the only way she found out for sure was because of a routine u/s. That made me feel a bit better because I really thought I was crazy for thinking you could still be preggers with a neg result. I dont, however, think I am. Im really just thinking I skipped AF this time. Meh..who knows, just thought it was interesting to know for some of us who keep getting negative results but have no idea what is going on.

This whole TTC thing can be quite confusing eh!! Don't you just wish that you could tell your body "if I'm not pregnant just start the damn period!!". I hope you get everything figured out soon. I also just realized that you are from NS too. I live in Truro.
