| Pregnant (Expecting) Active BnB Member  Join Date: Nov 2009 Location: Norwich Posts: 130 | cystitis hi i suffer from cystitis and have always been told to go to the loo straight after  However i'lm worrying taht if i do that it will all run out of me and i'll never get a BFP  Is it neccesary to stay lying down for a period of time after and if so how long does everyone reccomend? |

And I've only just leaned thats a big no-no for conceiving; this month I'm going to look pretty silly with my legs in the air for about 15 mins, and I'll try not to go to the loo for a couple of hours after.I'd rather get a  and have cyctitis than no cyctitis and no baby!!!Hopefully it'll work for us both...  |

I tested using my Clear Blue ovulation test this morning and i got a positive taht i'm ovulating - so pleased so i will be trying tonight! Where are you up to in your cycle? Good luck girls! x |
