cystitis

hi i suffer from cystitis and have always been told to go to the loo straight after However i'lm worrying taht if i do that it will all run out of me and i'll never get a BFP

Is it neccesary to stay lying down for a period of time after and if so how long does everyone reccomend?

Its not necessary but it helps! I heard 10 mins was enough for the good sperm to get on their way but if you can manage longer it will be better

I usually wait for 15-30 mins xx

Hey there; I'm the same, have always gone to the loo after to stop the dreaded cystitis!!! And I've only just leaned thats a big no-no for conceiving; this month I'm going to look pretty silly with my legs in the air for about 15 mins, and I'll try not to go to the loo for a couple of hours after.
I'd rather get a and have cyctitis than no cyctitis and no baby!!!
Hopefully it'll work for us both...
