new to this forum, but been reading on it for past few days
I had my last depo injection in may 07 and after that ran out i have been on no more contraception. i have been trying to conceive but so far no luck. Last month I was due around the 1st had no period just a few days of really light spotting, I did test said negative , again i was due around the 1st of this month and still nothing yet.

I am 21 and have a little girl whos 3 and another little girl whos 19 months so maybe ive already had my fair share but everywhere i look someone has just had a baby! even my childminder had a baby 3 week ago i cant even bring myself to hold her as i might not want to give her back, I never wanted children but now ive got the bug, i want a house full! there so rewarding, and i get to watch all the cool programes like boogie beebies & dora the explorer!.

I miss getting up at silly hours of the night as my two now sleep through! I miss all the cuddles! my two dont like cuddles!

You probably all think that im mad for having two so close together and then wanting another one but i want to have all my kids close together so that they can all grow up together, go to school together etc!

Any advice when the depo may wear off altogether?? I was never told it could affect me like this i just assumed my body would go back to normal after a few months and sure enough my periods did return a few months after i have had 4 periods since like clockwork up until last month when there was just spotting and then nothing this month!

GRR@depo. I think the time varies from person to person and how long you were on it for. I think the average sort of time is a year, but don't quote me on that as it does vary. I have heard of people getting pregnant alot quicker but i'm guessing their period's are back on track fairly early on.
I think it's a lovely idea having your kids close together, i wish sometime's i had done the same as mine have long gap's 19, 12 and 6. I would love 2 more but i think i'm pushing it at my age.

thanks, that it i am only young and want my kids t be close togther so they can all grow up together etc,
i had 2 jabs which each lasted for 12 weeks each so i want on very long, if only i could turn back time!:sad:
