I'm Currently Feeling:  | Excuse me for being thick....
But when should i test???? I ovulated 27th/28th feb and for the last few days I have had sore boobs, small bouts of nausea and sharp twinges in my lower left side. As I have written in my diary, I am a bit of a pessimist and am putting these symptoms down to Af being due in a week or so but when should I test and expect to get a realistic yes/no??? i'm convinced I'm causing myself to have a phantom pregnancy  |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I'm not late...My last period was 3 days late due to surgery but according to my chart Af is due around the 12th-14th march. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Ahhhhhhhhhhhh the waiting kills me too! I'm a testaholic but have given the test to my hubby this month so i dont start testing madly. Hang in there for a bit hun  |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Howdy sweets - as I mentioned in your journal, I'm wary of the cheapies BUT, having said that, here's my situation:
If I WEREN'T charting, in my mind, I'd be 3 days late - i have a 28-day cycle, normally, and i'm cd31... However, since i AM charting, I know that I only o'd on CD19 - which would make me just 12 dpo. And w/ 2 cheapy tests, one even using EVENING pee at 11 dpo, I got a very very light but discernable +ve...
I tested w/ the same cheapies at 6 dpo (which w/out chart would have been 3 days early) and got a STARK WHITE stick...
Does this help? Prolly not... heh... sorry..  and dust, wishing you a BFP!!!

| Even if you get an early test, the chances of it picking up the HCG are still statistically quite low until the day after yur period is due

I'm Currently Feeling: | If you know when you ovulated, i would just count 12-14 days after ovulation and test. Good luck to you  hope you get your BFP soon!!
Clairelou: you're still in the running until AF is in full flow. For some, it takes longer for a BFP to show, it all depends on when the egg implants in the uterus and what your HCG levels are at. Those can very well be false negatives. Good luck! |
