hey hun, i'm pretty much in the same boat as you just 1 day behind, my periods have always been like clockwork, they screwed up and didn't come after i had my daughter but since 3 months ago they have been fairly regular and again like clockwork but this one is 4 days late - i have tested but it's coming back negative

Try testing again in a week if nothing they recommend you make an app with the docs where they will prob test you to see if your pregnant (lord knows why but they seem to be better at reading pregnancy tests no matter how faint!)

Also are you testing your first urine of the day? that's the best time to detect early pregnancy as the hormones decrease throughout the day.

DON'T TAKE A HOT BATH....just in case you are pg!!!!

I was 10 days late last cycle and she eventually showed up...
And then this month I am 1 day late and I tested today and got my BFP....

So it maybe your body getting ready for future happenings......like mine did!!!

when you say you are late are you usually regular? even those with bodies like clockwork can have longer or shorter months. Try using a different brand of pregnancy tests and first morning urine if you haven't tried that. worrying can keep Af away. it will come when its good and ready. if its unusally long cycle like over 40 days, i would see your doctor. by the time you're reading this its probably come! i'd make absolutely sure your not pregnant before you try and "old wives" tip.
