My chart, temp at 7dpo

Hi everyone,

I'm a little new here. I've been reading the threads and I'm loving how supportive you all are!

So here's my story ... I miscarried at 7 weeks on this past New Years Eve (almost a year ago). Hubby and I decided to take a break for a few months to heal, so I went back on the pill. Came off it at the end of May this year and have been trying since, with no luck. I thought I had a chemical in September, but can't be sure. Hubby is very supportive, says he likes all the practice!

So... FF says I Ov'd on cd14, temp of 96.86 that day. Yesterday my temp dropped a bit from 97.92 at 5dpo to 97.54 at 6dpo, and then today it went all the way up to 98.18.

This is my first month charting BBT, and I normally have 30 day cycles, though sometimes they are slightly shorter or longer. What I'm wondering is, can your temp rise like that at 7dpo without pregnancy, or is it a good sign? Could I have had an implantation dip yesterday? I don't have a subscription to FF, can I still post a link here?

Thanks! I appreciate any ideas/advice you lovely people can give

Temp dips in your luteal phase cannot tell you anything unfortunlatley. You can have a dip and go on to get af and you can also not have a dip and go on to get a +hpt. You just need to have consistantly high temps above your cover line beyond when af is due to show up. Fingers crossed for you hun!xxx

It is a good sign, but as WannaB says, you just can't tell if you're PG or not from temps alone.

To link to your chart, click on Home Page Set up, above the calendar, and copy the BBCode.

I agree with Wannb - temps in luteal phase don't tell you huge amounts. If you click onmy chart it will show you last month pre-MC and it does show a dip on day 4, 8 and 13! You can always search the gallery of other charts - I think you can do this whether you are a full member or not. And sorry for your loss by the way - hope you get your BFP this month.
