Which vit b complex? Recommendations please!

Hi,

I keep reading on here that people are taking a vit b complex and I just wondered what dosage you're taking and any recommended brands? Looked on Boots website but there seems to be a big variance in how many mg in tablets you can get - don't want to overdo it but then want it to be worth taking!

I take B50 which I got from Holland and Barratt. It has about 50mg of B6, B12 and a bunch of other Bs! Costs about £3/£4 for 90 so not too bad. You can also get B100 which is the 100mg version but I think it is best to start on 50mg...
I am taking it to increase progesterone levels and lengthen their luteal phase....onyl first cycle trying so I don't know if it works yet but there is a whole other thread on here about it. If you are wanting B vits for these reasons then I wouldn't recommend many supermarket B complex brands because the dose is too tiny to do anything. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Hi - Im tkaing B100 complex from Holland & barrett - taking it to help with pre AF spotting which could be making my LP shorter. Im on my 2nd month -first month didnt do much good - spotted for longer than usual but decided to give it another few months just to see.

Check out the Bvit thread on here - its long but worth a read if you have the time.
