Progesterone Cream for TTC


Has anyone tried this and it helped?

I have not tried it but did not want to read and run. I'm anxious to see what others say.....
I was thinking about giving it a go based on temps for this month, because sometimes my luteal phase is shorter than I want.

If you have any issues with low progeterone or unsure I would definitely seek a doctor's advice first. Those creams don't have the same effect as what the doctor can give you. Good luck!

Yeah, Im curious. I got some all natural prog. cream. But before using it i wanted to see how others thought about it and how they used it. Im on CD 6. It seems like i have tried everything else I can without going to my doc for clomid. I dont know how many more months I can keep trying with the keep staring at me every month

I hear that taking a b complex with BOTH b6 and b12 has helped some ladies. Look for the thread. It is a fairly old one. Just something to consider.

I would definately get the drs advice before atartign a hormone supplement, B vits are slightly different as they are water soluble so unharmful... I took Vit B50 complex and within 2 weeks had my , whether it had anything to do with it I have no idea...
