Id wait untill i got a BFP, life is too short to avoid foods, they wouldnt have any impact that early anyways.

I think food is pretty much ok, most people tend to stop drinking alcohol during the 2ww but as far as food is concerned think anything goes. The only thing that you need to avoid imo is Vitamin A suppliment's. They often have them in some multi vit's. Great for you when not ttc but bad if your pregnant. The pregnancy one's are fine though xx

I agree with AG here. You never know how long it will take you to get your BFP, hopefully it will be quick for you, but not everyone is that lucky. No reason to put your life on hold while TTC.

thanks for the advice, i asked because my last pregnancies ended in MC and this is our fourth month TTC and i wondered if i had done wrong previously by eating soft cheese and fish etc,

so thanks for settling my mind!

Hiya, I agree with the general comments here. And I have to say I'm really glad to know I'm not the only one who thinks this way. Sometimes I also wonder if I'm shooting myself in the foot - but life is too short indeed!
