Spotting after BD

Well, I'm roughly around 12DPO and we

this morning. Afterwards when i went to the loo I noticed pinkish stain when i wiped. It was very watery and stopped straight away. Had a slight pinkish stain on the towel after I showered but nothing since.

I half wanted to go off and cry as i have had so many symptoms this week i was convinced I was going to get a BFP atthe end of it. I'm trying to hold out a bit of hope and fingers crossed that it isnt the witch arriving early, which she does sometimes.

Has anyone else had spotting and then gone on to get a BFP? I never had any spotting before and during my last two pregnancys so is a new thing for me.

It probably just a little tear after bding hun, quite normal! FIngers crossed the witch stays away for you!xxx

agreed! the other possibility is implantation....12 dpo is a likely time for that.

Thankyou! I'm feeling a little bit more positive after hearing that. I had been feeling so low and dissapointed. I tested yesterday which was prob way too early and it was BFN...but no more spotting and no AF and feeling ever so sicky which comes over me in waves.

Am keeping fingers crossed and going to test in a few days if the witch stays away.

You won't get a pos hpt until at least a few days after implantation, so if it just implanted you would have gotten a bfn when you tested (as you did). I didn't get my bfp until 18dpo and I had an implantation dip at 6 dpo. I don't metabolize hcg into my urine well, so bfps take longer to show up for me.

last time I had some very light bleeding/ brownish was when I was PG and had sex.... so good luck!!!!1 It sounds promising! xxx

I am 12 DPO and have felt like my AF is going to start for the past 3-4 days - today I had a watery pink discharge after going to the loo (sorry TMI) and now its stopped?

Update - AF arrived - false alarm!!
