Shouldn't my test be darker the next day?

I took a test yesterday and there was a faint line and so I took one this morning with FMU thinking my line would get darker but it's still the same? I am due tomorrow for AF and I'm now getting worried AF will show her ugly face. Has this happened to anyone before and still been pregnant?
I really need cheering up

I am so worried.

I'm pretty sure a line is a line, if you'd drank more than the day before the hormone would be more diluted. I wouldn't worry which is easier said than done but if you did a test say a week after your af due then it would definately be darker, 24 hours isn't a massive amount of time before you af is due!

Sorry DH left the camera at work but I will try and take one from his phone and see if it will work. Don't think it will though. I did go to bed at 1:30am and was drinking heaps of water cause it was a very hot day so could this affect my FMU?

Please try not to worry. When I got my BFP, I had taken the test at night - I then did a test the following morning. Both tests were identical x x

yes if you had more fluid in your bladder and passed urine in a lesser time. You would be usually a good 4-5 days late to get a good strong dark line.

Thanks ladies, I really hope AF doesn't show up tomorrow. I am feeling a bit sad now cause I took another test and it was the pink dye test and there was no second line. I'm now thinking I'm not pregnant anymore or even at all. How knows, i have to wait till tomorrow but thanks to all for giving me hope

Well ladies AF showed up at 11pm last night followed with cramps but I think that was really bad indigestion but looks like I'm out this month. Good lck to all ttc
