Wise advice Id say, orgasm def not necessary to get preg but makes it more enjoyable. My only advice is that my hubby said he felt the sex was better if i was physically enjoying it as opposed to him knowing it was just a routine to try for a baby. and not to be crude but if you are enjoying it then you will be moist and thats bound to be better for the spermies to swim hey?? I agree with the girls above..sorry if I'm a bit graphic, But most women need clitoral stimulation to reach orgasm, It's worth having an orgasm after your husband ejacualtes as it will propell the sperm in the right direction

But its not nesessary to become pregnant. though it'll be really good for your husband and you to experience this

i have NEVER had an orgasm and i've been sexually active for years...just have not found the thing that stimulates me. So you aren't alone. Don't be afraid to try new things. It's been hard for me, but i don't doubt i will get prego regardless of this "problem" of mine. Either way though, i am sure we will both get orgasm or not :P

i am agreeing with all the above posts, i never orgasm during intercourse it only happens during 'foreplay!' and then its not guaranteed, but if you are still enjoying yourself it doesnt really matter it just makes the times that you do O even better.
get your husband to stroke your belly and inner thighs so that you feel excited before you start getting down to the actuall BD(sorry not trying to teach)

this topic seems to have gotten slightly off topic hehe! don't know much about how much an O will help with conception although have read it may help but is not necessary. As far as actually reaching an O during intercourse, i def find that lot's of foreplay is the ticket and makes the whole thing so much more enjoyable!

I have never had an O due to penetration either. It is not as common as they make it look in the movies. Yes there are loads of books out there on sex. Head over to amazon and have a look.
