oooh


i started to use ff a few days ago and am charting bbt and other stuff, today i noticed my temps are going up :/ im not ill or anything so what could cause this?

I'm Currently Feeling: 


I know of two things that can cause your temperature to go up:
1. Ovulation
2.When you become pregnant.

I'm Currently Feeling: 


The only way you will be able to tell anything is over a sustained period of time. There are random highs all over the place. You start on CD1 and then, once you have ovulated, it will let you know. AT CD3, after period, the temp almost always goes up anyway. Your temps are normal for this time of the month.
