Counting cycle help!!!

I have been counting my cycles for a while, but since i have been on here and fertility friend i think i might be counting wrong. I count after my last day of AF visit, count up to 28-30 days and that is when i think i should get it. But i have been seeing that is not the case. You should count the day you have your visit from AF..

AF came monday oct 12 and left saturday oct 17. If i start counting on monday oct 12 AF should have came either on Nov 8th or 9th. Now if I count wen i ended on saturday oce 17 then AF should come nov 14th or 15th. Which way is the right way to count?

PLEASE HELP

Yep if you have a 28-30 day cycle af should arrive between the 8th-10th. But it would also depend on when you O and your luteal phase length, using those would be more accurate as some cycles you can O later or earlier for any number of reasons. Cycle day one is counted as the first day of full flow when you get your period.

Hi there are some really good sites on the internet that can tell u when and how long to count until ov, u should count from the 1st day of ur af and it depends then on how long ur cycle is as to when u will ov

well af is around 6 to 7 days. my last af was only 6 days

You dont have to worry about the length of your period to count the cycle days just the first day it started.
