March BFP

Hello Ladies

I have started cycling again in my quest to get fit and get a March BFP too.

What vitamins do you recommend in TTC?

I am veggie.

Take a prenatal multivitamin and I'd also recommend taking some B6 and B12. Do some web searches on what additional vitamins vegetarians should take. But...I think that the multivitamin (prenatal) should cover you. The B6 and B12 help regulate hormones and ensure that your luteal phase isn't too short.

Hi Rumpskin,

I recommend taking the Santogen Pro natal and Omega

http://www.boots.com/shop/product_de...tionid=1035783

Boots have got two for one at the moment.

I also am going to trying for the March/April conception. Maybe we have some good news to share soon.

Oh, thanks Carmen, I am always one for a bargain. Cheers dears and good luck too. I am getting bored already in the TTC forum!

a b vitamin complex with folic acid, just look at the amount of each vitamin because the boots own brand will have the same amount as the santogen and will be cheaper
