Need some advice.PLEASE!!!!

Went to my midwife about some cramping that I have had for about 10 days now, since I o'd. She told me I might have a blocked tube, and has scheduled me for an ultrasound next week. She is also referring me to a gyno, in her practice. What is a blocked tube? What causes it? She didn't know and couldn't tell me. All my blood work is normal. Should be able to get preggy, Any ideas would be great. as I am at a loss and a little scared.

Sorry, I don't know much about this, but you sounded so upset, I just wanted to say I hope you get your answers soon.

Thanks Dee7509, Ii has upset me greatly. I'm so worried about the outcome of the ultrasound. Don't know what to expect and don't know wheter I can have any more babies. I spent most of my day crying since I came home. On the net I couldn't find anything

i would assume a blocked tube would be referring to your fallopian tube.

If I am correct the worst that could happen is a removal of that tube.
You have 2 so you can definitely still get pregnant. You would just have one working instead of 2.

I do not have any experience in this so dont take just my word for it.
Fingers crossed that the news you get is good.

I assume as much, I did as her, but she wasn't sure, she had to keep going out to the gyno and then she would talk to him for a while then she would come talk to me, and so on. All she said was you might have a blocked tube, and she scheduled me for the ultrasound. ASAP. I did ask her what she meant but she couldn't tell me she said she had no idea. And that I would have to ask the gyno she was sending me to after the ultrasound. SHE DIDN'T EVEN DO AN EXAM. Sorry I'm ranting I know, but it is upsetting.

There are a few things that can cause a blocked fallopian tube, PID, STDs, uterine infection caused by miscarriage, former ectopic pregnancy, and endometriosis, plus a couple of others like burst appendix and if youve had abdominal surgery. Worse case senerio is that its so bad they take the, best its not blocked at all and you worried over nothing. Alot of cases are cleared by doing a hysterosalpingogram, you may have seen some talk about a lap and dye, the dye clears the blockage and they have no problems. I actually hate telling people the worse, hate to worry them, but I think its a good thing they are paying it some attention, may turn out to be nothing at all fingers crossed. What sort or cramping is it and do you have any other pain anywhere else? Sorry to be a nosey bugger!

It starts out at the right side , mostly when i get out of a chair, or when doing my chores. Feeding cows ect. bending over to pick up the floor. The more i do the worse it is. No fever, no other pain. I do have some nausea, my boobs hurt some, but I think it's just af. Not unbearable, but very annoying.
