TTC for # 1 and looking for buddies

I want a so bad. I have been trying the natural way for so long, and nothing is working. I dont understand books and things like that. I want a way to understand ttc a easy way.
Im 21. Married for almost a year. My husband is also 21.
I dont know what to do anymore. I dont know what sites can help me understand or anything like that. Looking for a buddy to talk about things like this.

Hi,

Read your thread and thought I would reply- this is my first time ttc and I have found this forum so helpful. All those questions you're desperate to ask but don't want to bore your friends or hubby you can ask here

Are you new to the forum? How long have you been TTC now?

Hugs xx

Hi ya. I'm ttc #1 and have been doing so for 7 months. I'm 27, very nearly 28 and have been trying so many different things over these past months. Hoping that we've nailed it this time. What have you girls been trying?

I'm 27 and have been trying for about 6 months now. My first month I charted my BBT, but decided stop b/c it was was early on in ttc. I have also used opk's. If I have no luck this cycle I am going to start charting so I can bring it to my dr in Jan. for her to look at. What has everyone else tried?

Gosh where to start.... I check CM and CP, I temp, have given up on opks 'cos the cheap tests never give a + for me, I elevate my hips, tried the SMEP (which absolutely shattered me and my DH last month 'cos cm was all over the place), tried everyday bd leading up to ovulation but this month we've tried every other day and must admit to feeling a lot more chilled about it this time round. I'm hoping that this is a lucky 7th cycle for me. I would definitely advise temping, as it confirms ovulation and that to me is a godsend.

Best starting point I would say is checking CM for fertile fluid (egg white/watery). Once that appears ovulation should be very close, which means get bd'ing.

I used fertility friend and it does all the work for you when it comes to charting. I highly recommend them When ttc it is very importnat to learn your body and the signs it gives you when you ovulate. I usually will experience cramping in one or both ovaries, CM becomes stringy ect.. My friend who is going to a specialst said her dr. suggests considering yourself fertile for approx. 8 days around the time you ovulate b/c you never know if you will be a little early or late. Hopefully some of that helps. Fertility Friend does a great job explaining all of your fertility signs
