Hays' Test Results.

Hi Girls,

Hays has asked me to post on her behalf as it's bonkers at her work and she said she'd update as soon as she knew anything.

Well, she rang as they told her to at 2.30pm for the results and they were in - instead of them gettinga Dr to ring her and explain te results to her the receptionist thought she was qualified to....

She couldn’t read the notes well, but told Hays it said at the top 'ovulating' and then it said 'test thyroid in 3months, borderline'

The notes also said something about 'prolacting, 325, then the range it should be 100-200'

So sje's totally confused and I'm furious - they should have said nothing - and she calmy told her 'not to worry' and some one will call her back later - her Dr isnt in today!!!!

I cant believe the incompetance....

How frustrating!!! Awww for Hays!! The thyroid issue could mean that it is overactive or underactive. Mine is underactive (hypothyroidism). I finally got my medication adjusted and feel sooo much better!

I told her not to worry too much about the thyroid because its quite common to test its function when ever we have any health problems Drs are unsure of.

Yep you are right! If she needs it - I went to an endocrinologist this week and they gave me a very informative flyer on the thyroid and pregnancy... I am happy to share...
