I didn't go back to normal for at least 6 weeks after losing the baby....but when AF eventually came, I felt like it wasn't a proper one- still quite clotty (tmi) for a few more AFs...my last AF was a normal one and that 6 months down the line.
I suppose it depends on what kind of mc u had- I had a natural one- but if you had a d&c then apparently it rushes ur system up and make u ovulate sooner....

Sorry to hear about your loss. I didn't know when my period was due post m/c so I tested 4 weeks after I stopped bleeding and luckily it was BFP. Good luck with whatever you decide to do. Hope you get a BFP soon.
Hi, my AF came 5 weeks after my m/c and we waited for 1 cycle before we started trying again. But like others on the forum, my cousin got pregnant 2 weeks after her m/c. The body is an amazing thing and works differently for everyone.
My AF came almost a month after the day of my m/c. AF(01/23) m/c(12/25) and it was a normal AF as far as I could tell. Doc said I would be fine to start trying again right away and that I looked and felt fine inside. My m/c was a natural one. I am now currently 9 days late but tested the first time 4 days before AF was due...so far all have been BFN. Good luck!! I hope you get your BFP!!
