I am on CD4 today, started drinking the tea yesterday and AF has done a wierd thing. Had about the normal amount then nothing...nada...zip all day. Just a few brown dregs when I checked CM (tmi?) now I go to the loo and she is back in FULL force! I have never ever had her stop and then restart like that and, after a wierd cycle it has made me worry. The only thing I can think is maybe its the red raspberry leaf which makes your uterus contract more efficiently so you properly clear out old blood.
I am dissapointed because I really wanted to BD today even though I know its early in my cycle.
Anyone have any ideas?
