suggestions please my last cycle b4 i start clomid - hints and tips pls

Hi all,

getting extremely frustrated and desperate, i feel the witch coming this month which means i have one more cycle before i go back to gyno for clomid...i would really like to give the next cycle the best chance poss, i have charted this month but there is no obvious peak in my bbt so not sure that will help me next month

I have a 32 day cycle to we bd from day 10 of my cycle every other day

Would you buy the £15 clear blue monitor or the more expensive one - but read that it may not be very accurate when you start taking clomid

Ihave been told that i have a tilted uterus - what is the best bd position and post bd position

any suggestions and help greatly appreciated

thanks

I have no idea if this was just coincidence, but the month I got my bfp I read an article that said that women who drink a cup of green tea a day double their chances of conception that month. I went crazy and drank at least 2-3 cups a day, and that was our lucky month, so I feel there was something magical about the green tea (plus it just created some relaxation time throughout the day. I'd take my cup of tea and go sit somewhere quiet and read my book). Best of luck!

Yeah green tea is magic stuff, but you have to use it with caution if you are ttcing. Green tea binds with folic acid, thats why it a good cancer fighter, cancers and tumours feed on folic acid, so you dont want to go over the top with it because folic acid is vital in early pregnancy. Greenapple have you got a link to your chart hun so we can take a sticky? Are you using opks to detect you lh surge as well?

If its spot on 32 day cycle all the time and doesnt change I would use it from cd12, cd10 would not be out of the question either if O decides it wants to play tricks and come early. Good luck hun!
