I believe I may have experienced IB on Oct 17 & 18. (It was very light pink and only appeared on the TP in the restroom the first 2 times I went for two days.. That said, I NEVER spot b/w AFs)

But then I got a weird AF that was fairly heavy (no clots) and super short for me. (3 days) then nothing on day 4 and some brown discharge day 5 & 6.

I feel as though my breasts are slightly larger and heavier, though I have no soreness..

I have had a cold/flu-like sinus thing going on since this Friday through today.

Today I noticed that my areolas are much larger than normal for me, but not really darker or bumpier than usual.

I have taken numerous HPTs for the past couple weeks, all point to a BFN.

It seems to me that I might be pregnant, but I'm confused because of the BFNs. Or am I wishfully "noticing" things? Is there any other explanation for these symptoms or lack of other symptoms? I would be about 5 weeks preg. if I count from the 1st day of the AF that occurred before I experienced the IB. I haven't had sex since the mid month "IB" so I am counting from the prior AF.

You symptoms sounds fab Peaches! Do you know the date when you ovulated and your luteal phase? If may just be too early to detect the hcg with a hpt, some women have slower or lower levels, perfectly normal, and it takes a bit longer for it to show up in the urine.

When I was pregnant with Jace, I was almost 2 weeks late with my AF and I took my hpt on a Monday...BFN. That Friday I went to doctor for flu like symptoms and they gave me a pee test there... Very Faint Positive. So they gave me a blood test and it was a Positive. Maybe call the doctor and see if they will give you a blood test!?

Hi WannaB! I wasn't charting OV or anything because this wasn't planned TTC.. (But I would be thrilled!) However, when I experienced the weird "IB" thing, I started putting everything on a calendar.
AF was Sept 30-Oct 5 (I was on BCP for years, and my cycle is very regular 28-29 days.)

I had sex on Oct 11 & 16. Which would be in my "estimated" OV phase range since I'm pretty regular.

The "IB" episode happened on Oct 17 & 18.

The weird AF came on Oct 29-31.

Breast heaviness came about Nov 1. My "larger" breast I feel is noticeably larger, but I feel that the smaller one grew too.

Got the flu/cold on Fri. Nov 6.

Bigger areolas arrived last night/today.... Does this help?

I have called the doc last week to schedule my annual womens well exam with a preg blood test, but they have not put me on the schedule yet... So I'm a bit antsy! =)

The dates match up well, proababy O around the 12th if ib was 17-18th, being earliest implantation could have been 5 days after O date. Afraid there is nothing more to offer than to keep testing or wait till you get some bloods, its still may be bfns as some women take a couple of weeks to get + on hpts, frustrating I know! Based on the dates and possible O time you would think af was due around the 26th Oct a you could be around 2 weeks late by now, but only a guesstimate! Good luck and fingers crossed for you hun!xxx

Update: Got a blood test done today.. Won't know anything for sure until tomorrow afternoon at the earliest.

I was taking a gander in the restroom mirror at the doctor just to make sure I'm not nuts.. Nope... Areolas are swollen, nipples darker... Fingers crossed!
