long term ttc...

Well as most of u know i have been ttc for 3 years now, and its only today i have been reading about the luteal phase, according to FF my luteal phase at its longest is 10 days and 9 before that SO...what can i do to lengthen my luteal phase? xxx

Vitamin B6 helps to lengthen the luteal phase. Wheres you charts T'elle, I dont believe I have stalked them before hmmm?

i dont really have charts hun someone hacked my FF a while ago a friend turned nast and that was her payback :@ ...but yeah anyway i just jot down my ov and BD on my FF so i know how many dpo i am and when i bd

Have you talked to a doctor about this? I've heard there are a few options such as progesterone creams and B6, I think maybe it depends on why exactly your luteal phase is too short. Getting your hormone levels checked might be a good idea.

i have had them checked hun i've had the testing etc and reffered to a FS but got refused due to my age (21) in wales here u have to be 23

... my hormones are fine according to my results, but i will speak to my gp about the cream and b6, thanks so much!!!
