Good point Angel-I don't think I'd had preseed yet the month I tried it.

Wow... I wouldn't even begin to know how to go about douching.
I don't even know how it's done.

But if your therapist said you should, then I guess give it a try.

Hi all,
I just wanted to update this thread as someone in my other threads utilized "baking soda finger" this cycle first time ever and got a bfp! She read about it somewhere and it goes like this-wet a finger down to the knuckle-dip in baking soda-insert all the way up near but not touching cervix (will burn) and then pull straight out. Do 1-2 hours before bd.

She only did once her fertile period.........but I got overzealous and have done about 4 times so far!
