Can implantation make you sick?

Just wondering if anyone knows if implantation can make you physically sick like as though you had a bug?

I wouldnt think it would make you sick tbh, I DID get gagging sensations as early as 10dpo but only one offs and no where near actually throwing up. Having said that Lou B I did get cramps along with this gagging feelings so sounds promising!
