Hi! I went off the pill on Feb 12/08 to start TTC. My fiance and I have been BDing about every 2-3 days since then (I know it's not terribly common to get pregnant your first month off the pill but it doesn't hurt to try!). I don't know if I ovulated or not and I don't really have any symptoms of being pregnant....but I've had this slight cramping for almost a week now. It's similar to AF cramps but very very slight....almost like feeling full or something. Has anyone else had this coming off the pill? Or is it a sign of ovulation that I've haven't noticed before?

slight cramping in the ovaries can be a common sign of ovulation, but it lasting a week now i am not sure. I'm sorry i couldn't be of more help, i've never been on BCP so i'm no help there. hope the pain will go away for you though good luck this month ttc! never know! some people get pg right off the bat, BCP or no!

My body was really messed up the first mth after bcp, how you described really, its taken 4 months for my period to regulate as well, its a bit of a waiting game, some women fall pg straight away, others have a while to wait, just depends when your body readjusts i think xx
