So when you girls state how many dpo you are, are you going from the time your opk turn positive or are you adding 1 or 2 days to it.

My OPK turned dark on the 1st & 2nd and was compleatly gone on the 3rd...

so would I have actually ovulated on the 3rd or 4th ?? and start counting from there? or count from the 1 st

I don't know how to tell from OPKs. I temp and use that to decide when I ovulated, as well as my CBFM. I hope someone else can give you the right way to do it. Good luck!

I would like to know this too, i had positive opk's 27th & 28th and i'm never sure where to count from!

If it were me I would count two days from the day of first positive OPK as ov. The reason why most people go by temps is without a rise in temp you could have had positive OPKs and not actually ov.
