MrsDoddy, I know exactly how you feel. I find ttc after a m/c really tough. I had a real hard time last week, felt so anxious and obsessed, ttc was on my mind 24/7 despite all my attempts to fight the thoughts. I was tearful and clingy. I hated feeling like that.

This week, I have returned to work and I am busier than ever. At first I felt down about it, I felt so tired without work, I thought it would totally exhaust me, but I am finding it has the exact opposite effect. I have no choice but to think of work (going and chairing meetings), and it is just a relief to have something else on my mind than ttc, I actually feel more energetic now than I did last week when I was off work. Saying that, a week in the dominican republic is quite good too Hope you have a lovely time and you come back much more relaxed.

Sending you lots of and cross fingers that you get your bfp soon.

If you're into reading, go on a book shopping spree and them comfy in your comfy chair with a nice cuppa and drift away into the pages.... or download or borrow some TV series boxsets and have a desperate housewife tv episode marathon XD

Or mybe, persuade your DH to take you out somewhere special - let him do all the planning, so you can concentrate on worrying where he might be taking you, what you're gonna where etc

...lil silly i know - but might do the trick getting your mind off you know what XD
