I think we all react in different ways and nothing is wrong with that, so long as we try and keep perspective and don't say things to people we may regret later. I think my reaction is really weird, loads of my friends are falling pregnant now - early 30s, its just that time in our lives - and I can cope with that, but see a stranger in Tesco and I come very close to 'hate'. How can that be when I don't know that person, their circumstances? I ignore till I get into the car or home and then rant or cry in my own private space. Don't be scared of how you feel just be careful what you say.

The Catster

My Sis-in-law is due her 3rd baby in 6 weeks and I do not feel any jealousness or anything like that towards her...I just hope she and the baby are ok.
However, I know wat u mean as b4 I had my own bubba, I think I felt the way u do now....it's because u think that it may never happen 2 u...
Please believe that it will happen- get those positive chemical hormones rushing thru ur body and it will happen b4 u know it!!!!!!
(and if ur having reg cycles thats a big plus)
Also, remember u can go to ur docs to get clomid now....didn't use to be available through ur GP. Clomid will pin-point ur Ovulation more! Have u tried OPKs either???? There's loads of ur own intervention u cud use!!!!

I know what you mean. sometimes it's really hard to see my friends and their kids/bellies.

I know this sounds awful, but I feel 'weird' around my niece - she's due her baby in about 2 weeks. She's a moody little bugger anyway and she's been awful to everyone while she's been pregnant.

I didn't know you could get clomid from your gp. She never mentioned it to me when i got the results to say i wasn't ovulating. She just said i need to go to the infertility clinic. I'm going to make an appointment to discuss things with her.

Yeh I'm on clomid and I got it from my GP....
When u go, u must be a bit of a drama queen and really lay it on thick...if she asks u how long u have been TTC, tell her its longer than u have been trying, as she may just send u on ur way and say, 'give it more time'...squirt some tears out if you can!!! And tell her that u r getting no younger and can't really afford to wait 2 years for the clinic to see u as each year after being 35 dilutes ur fertility...it sort of goes down-hill from 35 yrs on (and I'm 35 v soon hehe)....
