i am now 4 days late, and i have being doing hpt every morning. but the line this morning is fainter than yesterday. am i pregnant? can hcg fluctuate? was i pregnant? anyone have any idea what is happening?

Which test are you using lovely? If it is a cheapy, you could buy a branded one.

no its first response as on special ofer from boots at the moment!

It might be worth a docs appointment to confirm whether you are pregnant or not. I will have my fingers crossed lovely.

Just out of interest, how much are they in Boots? I have to go shopping today so I may have to pop in!

the offer was buy any first response product and get a single test free...so i've been getting 2 single tests for £8.75.

Angela some tests can be more sensitive than others even the same brand and your pee might have been more diluted than before.
You could try again in the morning and see if the line is any darker.
But I would go to the doctors and just see what they say they may do a bloodtest and that will tell how much Hcg you have,
