If you start temping now, you can tell whether you are getting pre or post ovulatory temps....it wouldn't hurt for you to get into the habit of taking your BBT ready for your next cycle.

TBH though, temping is good for long term cause you apparently don't get your surge til after OV, so what you'd be doing is working out over a few months when in your cycle you're most likely to ov
