+opk today but cant bd today or 2moro - done enough this month?

Hey

I use a CBFM and had 4 days of highs and got my peak today. I am not able to BD today or tomorrow as partner away (ggrrrr). I BD on Monday night and always ovulate on the day after my peak (i.e tomorrow) so the little fellas will be 3 days old

I really wanted to give it a good shot this month but now think ive wasted the month. Anyone got positive thoughts ?

Sperm can last up to 5 days, but more realistically 3, so could be ok. I would try not to think about too much , if you are pregnant its great, if not theres always next month...Good luck. XX

I think you would be fine with BDing on monday. I got +OPK saturday and sunday, and I BD on saturday and monday. So i think you are still in the race!
