Hi Ladies,

well as i postd on Monday i got my BFP, with a clearblue then a clearblue digital.

then went to the docs yesterday (wed) to confirm it and he said it was a BFN!!!

I freaked out and strarted to cry he gave me some tests to do over the next week.

to try and prove him wrong (it wasn't my first wee of the day and did have a can of soda earlier, before i saw him)i did a test this morning and got a BFN.

i rang my old family doc and told him about my BFP-BFP-BFN-BFN and he said to do a test again Fri and if its neg then i should be in the clear, i told him no, that i wanted to be pregnant and not to tell my mother that i called!!( haven't told her that we are TTC)

so i'm trying not to stress, really i am, but i have the feeling that i won't be now.

my question is, did anyone ever here of this before????

Actually i have heard of this happening before, my friend went to a clinic twice only to be told that she wasnt pregnant. She had different results each time. She is currently 22 weeks pregnant now, so there is still hope!

doctors tests aren't as sensitive as CB ones usually and if you've been up and down to the toilet through the night it'll also affect your result. I had that and it turned out to be a MC. Fingers crossed that those tests are just naff ones and you are PG

That must have been horrible for you. I would be so angry with those tests..grrr!!!!!!!!

you could try a clearblue again it might put your mind at rest. The doctors ones are not a sensitive like the others said.

Test again in a few days time, if thats positive then make another appointment to see your doc, another test by them a week later should show something. Take in your positive tests aswell to show them.

I got a BFP on a Thursday and then a BFN on Sunday both with clearblue digital. Unfortunately it was my pregnancy hormone dropping for a mc on Monday morning! (Went to the Dr for an appointment that was supposed to be to confirm my pregnancy, not my mc) Little bean wasn't as strong as this one!

BUT Like the others say it could just be a matter of test sensitivity - You just have to wait it out either way - I know it's torture - It's the not knowing for a few days that's the worst!

Hope your bean is hanging in there!
