If it's any consolation I was diagnosed as wind by the doctor when my mother was certain she was prego. She used to say I was her fart with a bonnet on.

Duno if i might have red wrong but did u say they just gave you a pregnancy test?? if so cant they give you a blood test to see.....as its alot more sensitive then a hpt....jus an idea...hope you get ur BFP hunni good luck x x x x

thanks for all your support, ya the docs only gave me a urine test, it wasn't my usual doc as she was called out on an emergency, and it was a man doc, i think he freaked out when i started to cry, i was in complete shock.

all he could say was ummm well have you been trying long, (since OCT) well thats not too long, if you were trying for a year then we'd have to have a talk.

i'm going to wait till Sunday to test again, if hasn't shown, no sign yet, so fingers crossed

Could have been a chemical pregnancy...Same thing happened to me ( with the preg test) and I was really disappointed too. My doctor told me I was pregnant and had a chemical pregnancy. It's a very early misscarriage where the fertilized egg just dissolves.
