I'm Currently Feeling:  | My cycle is usually 28 days on the dot so I just BD around 14 days after first day of AF XX |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | i used an online calendar and tried to BD through the most fertile period - most days - paying more attention towards the start of the period than the end. I'm Currently Feeling:  | I'm the same as Charliepops I have a regular cycle so I know from mid cycle I should be O'ing. You should be able to tell from your cm if it's clear and strectchy aswel. I also get O'ing pains around that time it's like AF pain but not as intense around your ovary area. Hope this helps. x | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I monitor my cm - if it is clear and stretchy or watery then I guess I am ovulating. I also get o pains which helps... and we bd at least every third day from cd9 to cd20 just in case, but if I think I am o-ing, then we bd more. |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | My consultant has told me to bonk every 3 days from the end of  as any more and the quality of the sperm is not as good so we're going to try that this month. Takes pressure off a bit from cramming into the window which we guessed at last month. And hubby seems happier at prospect of regular bonking without the pressure, you know how pressure can sometimes effect them...hehe  | | | | Status: Offline

i get very bloated,and get pains!not too sure if i even get EWCM

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I didn't ever check my temp and I didn't always use OPK's but I just knew by my cramping and that I also got sore boobs just before ovulation. |

| Same as other's on here - track CM mainly. I also try to BD every other or 3rd day from end of AF to about CD18. Am gonna try OV sticks next cycle if no BFP ... x |
