well i decide to go back to my work out routine (5 days a week ) i did stop 3 month ago in case i was PG (did not want the bean to fall out in case) any way never got PG and my stress level went way up and end up to be 1 day late my last cycle for my first time ever!!!
so here i am 4 month later

and went back to work out last week and i feel so much better



in case i found out i am PG this month i will cut back cardio to 2 time a week and do a mommy yoga class instead!!!
and i will look like super hot/fit mama
