I'm Currently Feeling: | ^ I agree with Suzan. I get brownish discharge for a while, could be a day - or it could be two to three days. I don't count CD1 until I see red blood. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | When I have red flow in the morning I count CD 1. If it starts in the evening I count the next day as CD 1.
I never thought about it, but that's what the CBFM said I should count so that's what I do |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I would count any bleeding/bloody discharge as CD1 as it means that your progesterone has dropped and is causing for your lining to breakdown however little it is, but with the evening/morning stuff Im not sure, its all very confusing | | | | Status: Offline

If it is at night, then that would be day 1. No matter when it happens.. it is always day 1. | This is right. The fertility clinics say that Day 1 of your cycle is the first day you see red blood and have full flow, regardless of what time of day it is (my mate who had to visit one told me this). I spot quite a bit before the full flow - so this current cycle finishes tomorrow on day 28 and the next one starts on Friday - usually, I'll start spotting now and then full flow hits Fri / Sat. x |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hi Miel, I think that's exactly my problem. My period only lasts three days and isn't heavy. I don't get any spotting. My warning is usually when I go to the loo and wipe, I see a change in colour on the tissue. Maybe two hours later I'll need to put a liner in but its the next day before I actually need a proper pad. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I dont get 'full flow' either so I counted from the first day of my 'fullest' flow. |
