I know these few things:

Men should not wear "tighty whitey" underwear because of the restriction
Same goes for bicycle riding (smooshes the goods)
No Hot tubs (hot water kills off the sperm)
Should drink caffiene drink 30 minutes prior to BDing to make the sperm go go go!!

hmm....if I think of more, I will post again..

welcome to BnB!

Youve probably read a lot about ladies needing to keep a healthy diet, not smoke etc to help TTC but that goes for men, too! so if you havent already, ditch the fags and the booze and try to be as healthy as you can be without stressing yourself out

Ooo no redbull! Too much caffiene in those suckers! Stick to small amounts of tea or coffee if you need a caffiene hit!

Def no redbull! Its potentially worse than alcohol when TTC! Good luck. X

hello, I'm "moonwolf"'s other half. I think we'll be keeping him off the red bull for a while!

I thought the caffeine destroyed the little swimmers, my doc's told oh to cut right back! Also oh insists on wearing boxers in bed, could this be damaging?

boxers are fine...just not the tight white underwear.

I have "read" about the caffiene for men being good right before bd'ing (30 min before), but I would bet it is the same for us women in larger quantities...meaning...not good.
