I had a headache for a couple of days and my Dr said paracetamol/tylenol is fine. Although he thought mine was a tension / stress headache from the way I described it and said that it wouldnt make any difference!

Aspirin should be avoided during pregnancy. I'd take paracetamol or tylenol (depending on where live and what's available).

Good luck!! Have you tested??
